RE:Patents aren't easy to get...

Your right... a "good" patent is hard to get as most "ingenous" ideas has already been submitted...

Obviously if your trying to Patent a "Vertical spinning wheel" that CLEARLY each arm is actually providing shade to the lower one due to a flawed concept..... well that type of Patent is actually pretty easy to get....

just gotta throw some shareholders money with a lawyer and he will get it done for you.
