AFFINOR PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE
Affinor Growers Inc. has incorporated Affinor International Inc., a British Columbia corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Nick Brusatore, the company's chief executive officer, said: "Affinor International was created to focus on vertical farming projects using the Affinor technology outside of Canada. This was necessary as a result of increasing interest and inquiries into licensing the Affinor technology, and to ease any international joint venture opportunities using foreign and domestic institutional and government strategic partnerships.
