Mr. Randip S. Minhas, also known as Randy, CPA, CA, BBA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of New Leaf Ventures Inc. since May 20, 2020. Mr. Minhas has been Chief Financial Officer of Affinor Growers Inc. since May 2018. Mr. Minhas serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Blackrock Gold Corp. since July 3, 2019. He serves as President, CEO, & Director at Affinor Growers Inc. since September 2018. Mr. Minhas served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bullion Gold Resources Corp. since June 21, 2018 until November 2020 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since June 18, 2013 until September 1, 2016 and served as its Director since April 30, 2015 until September 1, 2016. He served as Group Controller at Rye Patch Gold Corp. from September 2016 to June 2018. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Triumvirate Consulting Corp. from September 2011 to September 2016. Mr. Minhas currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of Clean Seed Capital Corp. He is the financial reporting specialist for Clean Seed Capital Group, Sienna Gold Inc. and the SOX and financial reporting specialist for Golden Queen Mining Co., helping take it from an exploration stage company to a full gold and silver producing company. He specializes in financial reporting and compliance for public and private companies focusing on the mining, technology and production industries. Mr. Minhas served as the Chief Financial Officer of Blackrock Gold Corp. since April 14, 2016 until April 13, 2018. He has extensive knowledge of IFRS, Private Enterprise GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") testing and documentation as well as extensive experience working with various securities commissions in Canada and the United States. Along with being the President of ICG Financial Services Inc. Mr. Minhas served as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Controller for several publicly traded companies since 2011 focusing on forecasting, business development, development of internal controls and complete financial reporting services. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Director and Corporate Secretary of Golden Peak Minerals Inc. since September 21, 2015 until September 01, 2016. Prior to joining Triumvirate, he served as a Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP. He has been an Independent Director of Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. since December 2016 and Affinor Growers Inc. He served as a Director of Blackrock Gold Corp. from April 14, 2016 to August 29, 2016. Mr. Minhas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and completed his Chartered Accountant designation in 2008. He is enrolled in the Chartered Director program through The Directors College with completion expected in June 2017.

ya maybe so, but common does everyone get it rite the first time? With vertical farming on the rise , its really all about space and lite. l.e.d. is a great addition to the vertical indoor greenhouse. land is expensive but you can take that land and the ski is the limit . Or the top of your greenhouse.
