Well said. there were a number of blatant scam moments, such as when Nick sold his useless company VDL to AFI at the artificially inflated, illegally manipulated SP, took that money then the stock collapse - WE LITERALLY HANDED NICK MILLIONS OF DOLLARS  Amazingly though, this is still in play and being scrutinized.
