I wished I had done by Due Diligence

I finally have done my Due Diligence.   Unfortunately, I bought AFI based on some momentum analysis of stocks that seemed to be moving up.   

However, had I done my DD - I would have seen that:
1.  The Management Team is weak.   Search the internet and you will see Nick has a terrible reputation.  
2.  The planned PP of 5 cents has failed so they have no extra money.
3.  Nick promises big things but in reality nothing has happened.   His greenhouses have nothing in them - and Vertical growing just seems like an expensive experiment.   Yes you can save on land costs but I would like to see the Cost Comparison between the extra cost of buying land and building bigger greenhouses versus using Vertical Growing technology.   

Bottom line is I am out - bad mistake and I see the Cockroach principle at play.   Where you find one you will eventually have many.

I am out of AFI.   I wish everyone good luck.   If AFI does not raise any more money through a PP - I think the company will dissolve.
