Laughable!! This is a small setup by any standards and in addition to that, it's not done. There's no wires connected and the local hydro company hasn't given them a meter either. I suspect it hasn't been inspected yet and that's likely due to it NOT BEING DONE.  Even if it was "done", the scale vs investment is laughable.
