Production and Profit

Here's just an approximate calculation of what the profit could be from the Nick's greenhouse. Fiest a quote from GOOGLE: How much can you make from strawberries
The projected yield in this year is 25,600 pounds per acre, which 80 percent of the crop is sold as fresh fruit and the remaining 20 percent as Processed fruit. The price for fresh market strawberries is $1.60 per pound, whereas the processed price is $0.30 per pound. The total gross income is $34,304 per acre.
Nick's has 65000 sq. f. used in his greenhouse that = 1.492 acres x 34,304.00 =$51181.568 x7 seasons (in average) = $358,270.976 per year.
Capital costs estimated for a 10,000 sq ft greenhouse strawberry production.

Cost items Capital costs Amortized capital costs ($/ft2)
Plastic ground cover $951.40 $0.04
Walk-in cooler (100 ft2) $6,638.42 $0.12
Strawberry troughs $6,645.99 $0.16
Irrigation equipment $8,346.22 $0.31
Total costs $22,582.03 $0.63

You were doing fine right up to the part where you did math, looks like millions. You left out all operating costs as well.
