I would think if this is fair value we would recieve close to this for our shares!

At my age and the manipulation in the markets, and companies, I think it is time to get out of the market. I starting to watch you tube, Lynette Zang very smart lady, telling people why they need to buy physical gold and silver. Because if you don't hold it you don't own it. and no 3rd party risk. check it out

if you are going to continue to invest you might want to ignore the valuations morningstar places on stocks. Personally, I have not seen anything remotely accurate from them; especially, with stocks on the cse.
