Yesterday’s NR...”Aion no material changes”

Maybe it’s just me....but how often does a Ceo write a NR saying they will be late
in filing year end financials! ...then adds BTW if we don’t meet the deadlines a 
cease trading ruling may be in effect!  The facts no doubt correct but sounds
almost like a scare tactic.....certainly very different tone than recent info from
Aion IR guy who told us to expect positive news in near future!  What we need
is a CEO who is informing shareholders and explaining to us reasons for delays
....and reassuring shareholders that Aion has a game Plan!

So I gather the cease trading order only applies to Directors,officers,insiders... still find these continuous delays on late filings as momentum killers to stock appreciation.....ie positive news from IR guy....then news of more delays from CEO.....

so if a cease trading order goes through, the stock will still trade but insiders, ceo etc cannot trade? Regardless I am for the first time worries about this company...what the heck is going on behind doors? They better have a plan soon or im out a load of money on this...frustration to see this

Who knows what the plan is....but don’t forget Insiders own approx 70-80 %of stock at 7.0 -8.0 cents with warrants from 12-15 cents!  Even though a lot of trades going on ..I believe a lot of that is Computer Trading ..ie Market Maker. This company does have connections / patents etc....it is lack of information and long delays that is driving us crazy! My guess there will be a merger with

i just checked and you didnt say much other than the fact that you are out...nothing else. you seem to really be into SAY which to my knowledge is still down 70 percent since April, and was down even more at one point...so what exactly validates your opinion on stocks?

I totally agree with you. After reading receiving a few emails, i decided to bail out. I took a loss, a big loss. However, I did manage to pickup FOBI and LSPD. I bought FOBI @ 1.75, 2 weeks ago and LSPD too. I really thought AION was going to be better then RVV, but once i received those confidential emails, my opinion of the company changed dramtically. To say i am disappointed in management is

You sure called it Mello and I have echoed similar concerns ongoing. Notice the lack of pump when there is legitimate concern? This goes nowhere but down unless these jerks get their effing ducks in a row.
