From my experience stocks don't tend to incorporate subsidies for fun. As an existing shareholder I really hope something good is brewing!!
$ATHR landed an NDA with a $10B+ Nasdaq traded Fleet Co. a few months ago, so who knows what else could come next. Could be related or unrelated it seems from the release. Not super clear on that subject as of yet. But says more to come early in the new year
