Aether Catalyst Solutions, Inc. is a Canada-based research and development company. Patents are expensive. You don't file on an unfinished product. You file when you're satisfied what you have is marketable.

Monthly case report states these guys are in an NDA with OEM major. Feel like all of this could be connected. Lots of positive comments by management eluding as such.
