40% of shareholders pledged to voting yellow back in October

40% of shareholders already said they'd be voting with the Yellow proxy back in early October https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/australis-shareholders-have-suffered-long-enough-the-concerned-shareholders-of-australis-file-and-mail-proxy-circular-and-urge-shareholders-to-vote-for-positive-change-using-the-yellow-proxy-800761178.html

This is a done deal people! Looking forward to it becoming official so Australis can enact its plan to expand across the U.S. and the east coast.

The Concerned Shareholders repeatedly attempted to engage the Incumbent Board in good faith settlement negotiations that would establish a new leadership team at Australis. No settlement could be reached, and the Incumbent Board postponed the Shareholder Meeting until November, costing shareholders time and money.

Anybody talking about supporting managment now is a paid shill for Harry Demott and his cronies.

OUCH!    ...more
