On my TD account it's bid .20/ ask .17c.  So maybe a gap up this morning.

I'm going to go with tomfoolery my friend, just a measly $400 bid. Let's see what the official pr says then we can gauge sentiment.

It's fixed now at .17/.17.  But it always looks strange to see a higher bid than offer.
