Rare....Crazy??

Well no post here since summer 2024.
That is a crazy amount of shares for a raise of only 750 k US.
Not a shareholder... but you have to feel for the bag holders here.
This is rare.Usaully they consolidate before a raise.
So without options or warrants this brings them at about 311 mil?
Tough to move these kind of stocks with that much paper -I find.
But I guess a ventilator is better than nothing.
