Bee Vectoring Technologies International Inc C.BEE

Alternate Symbol(s):  BEVVF

Bee Vectoring Technologies International Inc. is a Canada-based agriculture technology company. The Company is focused on the control of pests and the enhancement of crops and ornamentals through the use of biological controls in a variety of application processes. It operates a natural precision agriculture system that replaces chemical pesticides and wasteful plant protection product spray applications by delivering biological pesticide alternatives to crops using commercially grown bees. Its technology, precision vectoring, is completely harmless to bees and allows minute amounts of naturally derived pesticides (called biologicals) to be delivered directly to blooms, providing improved crop protection and yielding results than traditional chemical pesticides and improving the health of the soil, the microbiome and the environment. Its solutions help growers improve the quality of various crops, such as strawberries, sunflowers, apples, tomatoes, canola, blueberries, and other crops.

RE:23-101 Trading Halts / BEE

RE:23-101 Trading Halts / BEEFancy the thought. I wonder just where the money could've been found to continue paying their listing fees! Possibly, Malik could've lowered his insane salary, but then it would've meant ensuring the company succeeded so his shares would be worth something instead.

I held this years ago and have followed it from the sidelines since conceptually I liked the idea. But most of these Canadian microcaps are dilution schemes, or others, like this one, have management that pays itself handsomely with shareholder money while the ship sinks (in some cases the handsome pay is specifically what causes the ship to sink in the first place).

Canada, stop complaining about the withdrawing of foreign investment and MAKE YOUR MARKETS TRUSTWORTHY.

singlefile wrote: So here's the ref. - it's multi-layered so who knows - under PART 5 / 5.1 (23-101) / The halt notice came from the CSE (see below)  so I am assuming BEE did not pay their listing fees .. as per "Regulatory Halts" below.

PART 5 REGULATORY HALTS

5.1 Regulatory Halts -- Section 5.1 of the Instrument applies when a regulatory halt has been imposed by a regulation services provider, a recognized exchange, or a recognized quotation and trade reporting system. A regulatory halt, as referred to in section 5.1 of the Instrument, is one that is imposed to maintain a fair and orderly market, including halts related to a timely disclosure policy, or because there has been a violation of regulatory requirements. In the view of the Canadian securities regulatory authorities, an order may trade on a marketplace despite the fact that trading of the security has been suspended because the issuer of the security has ceased to meet minimum listing or quotation requirements, or has failed to pay to the recognized exchange, or the recognized quotation and trade reporting system any fees in respect of the listing or quotation of securities of the issuer. Similarly, an order may trade on a marketplace despite the fact that trading of the security has been delayed or halted because of technical problems affecting only the trading system of the recognized exchange, or recognized quotation and trade reporting system.
