BVT CEO's history. Repeating?
Will Ashish Malik's past involvement in succesful enterprises be demonstrated once
again with BVT ? For anyone looking at BVT and present investors ...
Researching a companies leadership and their past endeavours, successful or
otherwise, gives an important perspective of it's future potential success. Experienced, knowledgable leadership and clearly stated realistic, viable company objectives are crucial to secure the confidence of investors.
When I began investing in BVT in 2019 apart from recognizing the obvious potential value of what has been developed and marketed, the following information was a major influence in committing to holding long term and continuing to accumulate shares. S/P fluctuations are not a deterent, but in my perspective an opportuity for further accumulation.
In 2011 Ashish Malik was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and a member of the executive team with Agraquest, a supplier of biological pest control products.
Agraquest's revenue in 2011 was $40 million.
A year later...
In 2012 Bayer Cropscience with revenues of €1.8 billion in 2011 purchased Agraquest for approximately $500 million !! which included milestone payments and Ashish Malik joined their team as Vice President of Global Marketing for Biologics.
BVT continues to expand in North America, increasing revenues, while continuing to progress into international market venues. Solid, experienced leadership.
I maintain a sense of caution and continually investigate whatever I invest in. I look for negatives, warning lights (I can't find any here) and I don't speculate on future price increases, I look for value.
It's been some time since I've seen this kind of investment potential with such proprietary tech combined with the type of leadership we have in BVT. It's wonderful being in on basically the ground floor.
The following are the links to the above inforrmation. I've posted some of this before.

nice summation John. I hope to buy more but tapped out right now. If the gold market should ever take off I'll be moving some of that money here.

Agreed on all accounts. Based on their current COH and burn rate I still think its more likely. Not a bad thing neccessarily especially if its done as a bought deal. This will bring at least one analyst to the table. I would be looking to also participate in this kind of raise. Lots to look forward to here. Lets keep the conversation going.. before the noise shows up. Cheers.

Will CR7 work on noise and trolls? Dare to dream.. that in of itself would put the MC into the blue chip tier. Another exciting thing to consider is how they can x-sell 3rd party biologicals and vice-versa.
