Where was the pump and dump? I'd say a pump and dump constitutes a ton of fake news and marketing which would give the top shareholders volume to move there stock. Far as we can see this has not happened to support your claim. Are you and Sean1980 the same person ? Let me get this right... The team is comprised of huge scam artists whose goal was to merge two companies, pick up stock, and then unload it all a few hundred shares at a time racing to the bottom before the investors can. This makes zero sense. I'd believe it if a bunch of fake news was being released post merger to drive the stock price up giving them the opportunity to unload. The terrible
