There is not much unexpected here. SENS got rid of the anchors on their books and provided a summary of the acquisition of EmersonGrow ....but nothing that hasn't already been released. As there was no revenue generated over 2020  the issue of a pp for $1 million as part of the EmersonGrow agreement was also included in the summary. I expect this detail was probably the most important to EmersonGrow management ....as this provides a substantial level of cash for expansion.
