You are right, BIOV would not bother putting all this money and effort into getting the HALT LIFTED......if ......if......if .....an exciting PLAN was not in place for BIOV. Longs had a nice opportunity to average down READY for the ride back up with MORE shares and way better entry.:>)
BULLS just might have to chase this one, we will have to wait for the Brokers volume to come in over the next 2 days after halt lifts.
Best part about a HALT LIFT.......it's actually a level playing field for both Retail & Brokers.
Its just a matter of who has the fastest trigger!!

@DogRam October 31, 2023 We would like to keep everyone up to date on the lifting of the Cease Trade Order (CTO) from the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Company has been working with a financial accounting group highly experienced in preparing and filing statements for public companies, and we expect the analysis for the quarter ending July 31, 2023 to be filed shortly with the CSE to remedy the CTO. @Tobias323 I'll be on the bid for a few hundred thousand when it wakes up. If this stock was truly dead they wouldn't even bother trying to lift the cease trade order. Lots of catalyst coming as was indicated in the email prior. 5
