I am new to this board as I just recently purchased some stock, just trying to get a feeling of the potential for this company. Wanted some opinions from board members on wether this feels like a pump and dump or actually has merit?

Considering it really hasn't been effectively pumped, I wouldn't call it a p&d yet...and I stress yet.  This company feels very much like a gamble.  Potential and risk wrapped up in a nice little bow.  I've purchased a little bit to see where it goes even on hype.  If it goes parabolic or goes to 0 I'll still keep the clothes on my back.  The former

I agree. Bryson was brought on to clean house and to get this company back on track IMO. He is a money maker (Investment banking, mining, global rolodex of investors). The company was flat trading below 0 (from March) until Oct and then it started to trade again. There is a lot of potential deals and there are a lot of shares out there but there aren't too many shorters on this stock yet. In

Move on to business building people, news releases here do not show progress in making money but spend and spend, disappointed with th  Ed group or management,

Not too sure what your post is trying to say. Business needs investment. IF there is a solid business plan (on paper), money flows in if it is solid enough. EVB seems to have building a framework with Hillside and Ecoville to get started and are working through the logistics of creating subsidiaries to manage the workflow and projects. Not sure what you mean tho.
