Perhaps the dialogue that has spiralled into name calling and a really amateur game of dodgeball might return to looking at the company and it's current and future situation. Currently it is not making revenue and does not have a future without certain milestones being met. Without these milestones it is of zero value. Saying otherwise is devoid of fact. 

the first and most significant milestone is approval of the product for sale. While some have marked this as a formality I would not be as flippant. The safety of a vehicle battery undergoes stringent testing especially relating to thermal runways. Considering there is no history of testing the suppliers products outside China and really not much information on the company either I would suggest the certification is not a slam dunk. You would hope the company has done enough internal testing to be sure of passing tests but they would not be the first or the last to have to rejigger and retest. Hoping that is not the case but this process should not be considered a given.

they work with one of the biggest battery companies in the world rich power and with 10 years of lithium and battery data build into there ai system with Way more safety protocols then the basic old tesla battery lol that burn easier then almost all other ev batteries and the only reason they don't mess up more is because you only get to use 30% of the batteries compacity so when the battery

Apparently that is the big issue with car battery charging it is very hard to fully charge and to go from 80-100% overheats the batteries and takes 50% of the charging time.Of course none of the manufacturers disclose that issue.Range is hugely overstated due to the inability to fully charge.Who ever develops a battery that is safe does not overheat and is easy to charge will take over the

Here's my thing about this. As a long, I feel that if simple statements of the risk like this (without accompanying spam or repetition ad nauseum) appear as an attack or a FUD, then you're not long enough.
