Actually if Daymak is making good profit, why are they going public? And if the pre-orders are as good as they say, again why the need to go public?

Bring this technology and electric vehicle to market is a big undertaking for Daymak. They will need investor funding to pull it off. Look at how many time Tesla went back for more funding. Tesla wouldn't be where they are today without it. Private investment for all directions, funds, investment bankers, hedge funds & retail still better than debt financing.
