See that word next to the ask? It says "volume". Do you see the number next to it? It's says "0". until there's actually volume and trading, these mean absolutely nothing.

Hi guys , Got my own answer. I couldnt buy or sell Shrm Online on the Canadian Side. Transfered Cash to my US account. I couldnt buy Shrmf Online on the US Side. Called in to Waterhouse and am willing to pay broker commision - put in a 30 day, limit bid @ .44USD, All Or None. He enters it all in.
