What part of this don't some of you get?   THEY HAVE NOT FILED THE PAPERS YET.  So while some of you pleasure yourselves  with fantasies of them actully having gotten it right, remember that THEY HAVE NOT FILED THE PAPERS YET.  That why the use words like they "will".  Becasue, THEY HAVE NOT FILED THE PAPERS YET!.

That's exactly what I read, not filed. They're full of ...., they're not coming clean. Unfortunately for us share holders there is a lot more going on. Just do a little back ground check on people involved in this company, including where they got the start up capital.

Not going to repost the NR because most have probably read and it's quite long, however, it is correct the FINAL versions have not been filed.  However, it does state several times through out the release DRAFTS of the filings have been submitted to the Commission for review.  I'm sure most people realize this is standard process so any additional questions/comments can be
