looks like a little government grant money showed up which suggests that somebody in government believes this is legit enough to grant some cash.\

This is a red or black bet imo that has already had a push on it to get it to its high of 60c, mostly on hope, I think.

I don't know if hope is enough to justify its holding at the 20c range although it is insider money that is holding the sp up where it is.
