RE:Update from IRIn 22 days (Nov 1) Q4, Q1, Q2 and Q3 will all be late. I believe that the company was either being used for tax evasion or money laundering and they are having a hard time fixing the books.

Does anyone know how long a stock can be halted before it is de-listed?
