The company says at least 50 per cent of shares not owned by BHP must be tendered to the offer, adding that if shareholders other than Wyloo tender their shares that the offer will succeed.

You were just the last post so I tacked on the news ... I think they are going to find it difficult to achieve 50 % ... Wyloo has 37% and anonymous and TD been busy acquiring shares to vote !WG now needs advanced rail / nat gas smelter / Native news and away we go... if insider provide their money then expect something is coming ... let's hope pre Noront takeover   enjoy the weekend

Last held KWG shares when Big Daddy was front and center with Cliffs taking over Freewest than Spider and terminated the KWG partnership with Spider , bad memories Frank but made a buck in the end . Seems the lack of deal with the First Nations is still the big picture for the James Bay lowlands .Saw a news release a few Nations are on board moving forward with more exploration /production but

It would be kinda like Wyloo trying to put a price tag on Ring of Fire. I also think our stock price has a direct correlation to how the bidding price for Noront goes. If you look at Noront's news that flew under the radar and they refused to share with KWG ... They said 70 nickel targets were discovered ... Nickel is all over the area Victory claim to the Muketei North and McFaulds South claims .... Kwg is part Owner or has claims in the mix ... so if Noront says there is more nickel then expect KWG also has nickel either by way or courtesy of Noront or
