In all these meetings, why is there no mention how they plan to get the ore to refineries out of the ROF?
These roads they talk about about are internal infrastructure for mining and FN.

The province is not in the business of mining and refining. That is totally up to the owners of the mines, province is offering up the route to access the orebodies if they can make agreement with first nations.

Rem,  l believe everyone is waiting to see who will control the prize after an offer is made, then the new controller has the problem of getting the ore out.  JMO  MB
