Wonder how much 3 cent bidding builds up to for it to trigger the next 3 cent sell dump. Trend is quite obvious...

Agree, but the question is why did FNC bother selling 34,000 shares on November 18th and 21st at $0.04 - total proceeds $1,360.00. FNC has millions in the bank already.
