Wyloo Already owns KWG shares

when Wyloo bought Noront they inherited a whole bunch of KWG shares. Does anybody know how many shares they got from the buy? wyloo might already own more than 10% of KWG. if that is the case Wyloo cannot buy any more shares without stating their intentions regarding KWG. Am I correct in this assumption?

I believe it's roughly 111 Million shares.

Reasoning behind they play ping- pong with shares .... buy - sell ...contain - roll back They do not need to report

ET - I believe you are correct.  Wyloo owns less than 10% and as a result does not have to disclose any transactions.  Once they hit 10%, they must disclose both their holdings and every transaction (buy or sell).
