If my reading of this excerpt from the original and todays release fron CC regarding Magpie......is correct.......Our little company is not only after Magpie.....they want FNC

Way past time for Frank to come clean with shareholders.  



In the event that the Company is able to complete the acquisition of all of the common shares of Magpie Mines and the 2% royalty held by Fancamp on Magpie's project (the "Magpie Royalty") or is able to complete a business combination with or the acquisition of the shares of Fancamp (and, accordingly, indirectly acquire a majority of the common shares of Magpie Mines),

Dragon, my read is a little different on KWG wanting to acquire FNC.  It looks like it is protection for Smith in case a 3rd party acquires KWG and FNC to control the ROF.  Without that clause, Smith doesn't get his 2nd payment.  i.e. No trigger event for second payment.

There is way to much focus on Smith here, anybody who has been a longtime shareholder of FNC knows the story and is tired of it.  The agreement made between Smith,Kamaleddine and KWG is  positive coming after a lot and I mean a lot of woe between FNC and Kamaleddine, Kamaleddine and Smith and Smith and FNC. Pretty sure the whole mess could have been avoided with better communication and ...more
