It looks like Fancamp added 332,313 multiple voting shares at a deemed price of $1.553 and now holds 1,103,223 multiple voting shares, which reporesents 3-10% of the shares.    Those additional shares appear to be quarerly interest payments $34,500,000 X 6% = $2,070,000 per quarter = 1/4 = $517,500 quarterly interest 5 day average price of MVS = $1.553 MVS = 333,226 (rounding error

And we are only 16 months into the 4 year $34.5m loan agreement with Fancamp.  For all intents and purposes, FNC at this moment are in control of KWG.  Interesting or ironic, but Noront found themselves in a very similar position. The difference? They still found a way to do their promotion antics, AND they got the interest from Wyloo and BHP.  I imagine that unless things change

Yes, such an opposite approach from Noront. Just one more example of the difference between 2 management teams. One knew how to navigate through multiple obstacles, including emcumbersome debt, until retail at least got some kind of payday..........The other, I really struggle to find anything positive to say.
