A SCAM. Management bailing out File class action lawsuit

A SCAM. Management bailing out File class action lawsuitFolks: It has been a busy week and weekend Chalice is proving to be a poorly managed company that has failed over 9 years of operations with the stock losing -99.7 percent and the attempts of the poor management to boost the stock price cosmetically via the reverse split was only "successful" in lowering the stock price from $1.27 to $0.059, a loss of over -95 percent in a record 16 months. Yesterday, hell broke loose, the chairman of the board Vorghese jumped ship just like the CEO did last year quietly quit and joined e-resonate. We think that the two CFOs who left suddenly months from each other and the auditor heading back to Houston raised many flags. At one point Chalice deleted its Instagram account last night! In all, still NO financials, still no activity in Canada, and our new leader, ex-CEO ex owner Mr. Simpson is probably working hard to takeover and go private. If that is the case .
