Listing on nasdaq ? Orth

Hi guys. 

Doing DD.
On Twitter , @leighmhughes (investmnt guy) on Dec 16  says ORTH is going to uplist 
on the Nasdaq early Q1.
I couldn't find a press release and nobody here mentions anything about it.

Ideas ?
