RE:With $9 Million Debenture Debt Repayment Looming, This DEADOr they can restructure it and reprice the debenture to 5 cents or 180 million shares if exercised. But how would they keep paying 10% interest or $900k annually when they only generate less than 20k in revenue from Washington before expenses. This is in a big MESS!! NEXT interest payment is due soon. Dead Company unless something drastic happened. Very high risk!!
