RE: Private CompanyVery well could happen.  The company essentially 4-5x last years production. I would think we know harvest numbers soon enough.  I imagine there is immense amount of work to finish off the processing of the raw product.  Using the previous ~11 million in revenue its not hyperbole to see ~60 million in revenue. 

One can glean from the financials that CLC cost/gram is ~$0.10 while the industry averge is $1.00 which is a great achievement for CLC. If all the participants in the placements convert to common shares the total outstanding share count is in the 300 million area.  Using these metrics this company should have a share price of AT LEAST $0.30.

If the market doesn't accurately start valuing this company I wouldn't put it past the CLC executives to consider going private.
