Given the small number of shares outstanding, low cap structure, now!!!!!  will insiders most likely be doing a cheap financing perhaps in Jan 2025, between .50 & .75 to remain in control as most of the old shareholders will be selling off their rollback loss as a 2024 TAX LOSS. 

AHybridofStreetandStocksmarts; Youseem to have some understanding of CODE, do you know any of these insiders or what other past or present companies with
successful results they are controlling ?? or is this another Moose Pasture squeezing all the older small shareholders.

I am not knocking the company or management, just trying to determine how are they going to get CODE to $5 in 2025.
