Lots of insider selling here, as an investor how much confidence am I really supposed to have.

If you look closely at the insider trading numbers over the past 10 months (since covid outbreak) you'll see about 160,000 shares were sold recently by Robert Handcock.  The pure buys during this time period, not options grants and split information, you'll see 6,833,333 shares were purchased in two trades.  I don't believe these numbers represent panic selling. stockhouse indicates 0 on the buy side,,,,,,,,,, not a fan of stocks that have insider selling so soon.... to me shows lack of confidence in the product they are selling Many psychedelic stocks have insider buys shows a lot of confidence in their product…… and what they stand for. This guy gets acquired and then starts pounding the sell button come on buddy

The insider sold very little! Maybe needed liquidity as he also exercised options. Probably needed cash to do so at 1.05. I wouldn't worry! What was sold was a drop in the bucket compared to what was exercised.

Yeah let's all be on the same page here with this one at least lol, that insider sell did absolutely n o t h i n g to the stock performance and also it has nothing to do with lack of confidence.. Tell me, if you were at the throne of this successful company would you not like to take out 70k once in a blue moon to enjoy the life you deserve? It was not a tragic sell off that completely

No big deal. He received a lot of shares on the Vocan deal so decided to sell a few shares.
