The SP would be alot higher if they waited on Nasdaq. No one wants to invest with RS coming.

Anymore R/S's and I will have almost no shares left. 99% of my entire LDS/Core One investment gone! I emailed this to Core One IR a few weeks ago, and asked them if they intend on having anymore R/S's or PP's in the foreseeable future. I told them that anymore R/S's would eliminate most shareholders entire equity. I never received a reply back! This tells me loud and clear, that
