???? it doesn't matter because the marketcap is the same before and after a consolidation of shares ... what matters is a nasdaq-listing possibly requires a minimum marketcap. But i'am nut sure about this... first we need substancial news about its products from this company..

We at least reduced dilution by almost 3 million shares (increasing shareholder value/sp today) by the rescission of that bad CGOC (now PBIC) deal. Now if they would only reconsider the Nasdaq up-listing & stay focused on product development/revenue generation. Wouldn't prefer a small share buyback before up-listing ; )....would do more to boost the sp & confidence in this ...more
