Akome Biotech LTD announcement is unusual timing. Fake news?
1) I'm a shareholder for a long time. Lost lots of money. I am a bagholder. Period. 2) Price starting to go up, because people were pleased with announcement of non-dilution news, so they go ahead and announce dilution news. Wtf. Makes you wonder how many deals are going on behind the scenes with companies for further dilution. Didn't know COOL was a venture capitalist and in the M&A business. 3) Who are these companies? Akome Biotech LTD comes up with zero info. So it's a private company. What makes it worth $3.5M+ in current share value? It doesn't even show up in the Dr's linked in. https://ca.linkedin.com/in/fadiasaad Looking up her linked in, seems like she isn't a Dr of research and patents but more focused on mergers and acquisitions. Specializing on propping up a good story, which is kind of what this is? What are these 2 patents exactly? " How big is this Akome company that we are getting a team of experience? Maybe marketing promotion. Who knows. This is just some simple open source investigating. 1247856 B.C. LTD registered April 2020. Changed named to Akome November, 2020. new co. so I assume the patent applications are new too which means no public viewing for 18 months from filing date.

I have a feeling you're absolutely right. When there's no transparency and just a bunch of hype, it's usually the same old insider pump routine. Have a look at Akome's pending patents - looks like something my daughter in grade 7 would come up with, only my daughter's competence with basic grammer is far superior....dilute-pump-dilute-pump...
