If you want to lose all your money go ahead and invest in this turd. I've watched over 5000 shares literally disappear before my eyes over last 1 1/2 yrs. with this most recent r/s I am sure they have all fingers and toes crossed it stays above Min share price of $3 to uplift to Nasdaq but watch and see they'll do something stud and asinine again and it will fall like a anchor to the ocean floor. Mgt team has no concept what they are doing.NONE at all. Brutal!!!!!!!

How about building revenue to get the stock price up instead of this B/S shortcut ? This sleazy tactic which won't work, but will surely screw retail investors big time. Any company thtat has to resort to R/S's to get the stock price up is a scam, and should never be invested in. There's a reason why you seldom hear of companies issuing a R/S. It's because they don'yt work
