No news from the company as to what is going on. My guess is this will eventually be delisted and Right Season Investments will end up owning Core's patented technology. This is only a guess. I am thinking if the company was serious about continuing on they would have comunicated with the shareholders.

Fortunately, I've been out of this dog for a while, but is Core's tech even patented?  Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding they have "filed" for patent protection re: their psilocybin production system & have several "provisional" patents via their wholly owned subsidiaries.  Neither of the above equate to actual IP or any true patent ...more

Thank you for your comments CancerSlayer. I can't say that I have read unequivocally that the patents reached true protection. But why would the company not complete the true patent protection for it's Psilocybin technology? All along this technology was the company's main focus. What would be the reason for the Company not to fully protect it's technology? Maybe this makes it ...more
