Self dealing and conflict of interest diluting minority shar

Self dealing and conflict of interest diluting minority sharHow are the regulators not all over the self dealing investments that end up in crest and dilute minority shareholders. This is oppression and blatant theft. Have a look at this link. In case you are not aware crest is a shareholder in a gaming company majority owned by Emma called playground ventures. Playground bought another company called countervail for 10 mln which was also partly owned by Emma. We are now getting further diluted by buying a mining company again owned by Emma. Each and every time shares are issued we get rocked with further dilution plus warrants and options that are given out freely for destruction of shareholder value. Given the past history of this company I have to admit that the regulators are asleep at the wheel. I have zero confidence that this will end anytime soon. Expect any deal Emma's involved in to find its way into crest until this company has stripped all remaining shareholders down to almost zero as a percentage of ownership. Caveat employees and shame on the regulators for not seeing this.
