Accelerated Warrants
In my experience, this is normally a very positive sign for a company as it indicates that they are advancing faster than planned. Years ago, I had the same thing happen with Pacific Rubiales where the strike price was sweetened for warrant holders as a result of the acceleration of the expiry date. Over the next few years, PRE did extremely well. GLTA

how about this : about 1.6 warrants left to exercise at strike of 5.50 that become worthless if mot exercised before Dec 14. Dont you think that will create massive selling pressure? Duh! Most likely scenario is shares go down quite a bit till that date as free money on the table. In the end Im not short for this reason though. You know my reason.

Guess you don't follow the stock very closely.......in September when they accelerated the $4.50 warrants the stock was $6.87 and on expire date they were $7.29 so Duh there wasn't massive selling pressure and your most likely scenario didn't happen that time

Yes. Prouditalian does poorly in math and charts. 1.6 million warrants puts even more cash in Cannaroyalty's backpocket. Minimal dilution and there are no more warrants left now. Huge benefit to both the company AND shareholders. Cash positive and net income. Earnings will open some eyes!
