Curious how David Vincent took the last $150K cash from Canamex to pay Blockchain Labs to setup Metalstream, then "bought" 10% of Metalstream, and now he's the CEO.

Should Canamex shareholders expect an in-specie distribution of (worthless) Metalstream tokens?
