CULT portfolio company provides update

Yesterday, $CULT / $CULTF announced that one of its portfolio companies, Fiction Foods, has provided updates related to its novel cellular agriculture product pipeline.


Currently Fiction Foods' flagship product is their Performance Scramble which is a more nutrient-rich egg substitute made from a signal-cell organism called euglena that contains animal-like and high-quality protein. Last November $CULT led the seed round of financing for Fiction Foods.


In this update Friction Foods announced they will be finalizing long-term ingredient supply and manufacturing agreements. This is happening in preparation for the commercial launch of Performance Scramble Q3 2022. Fiction Foods also revealed its brand and new company website.
