history shows reverse split in theses situationsThey will be forced into something like a 10 to 1 or worse 20 to 1 reverse split which is a result of their initial greedy insider shares at less than a cent and all the options and warrants they issued themselves. But greed is greed and once the reverse split is in they will increase their authorized shares that they are allowed to issue and then give themselves more warrants and share options.
the other thing that happens is once the shares start to go up the insiders wait a while and then start to sell their shares all the while issuing themselves more options and warrants usually good for five to ten years..wish we had opportunities like that.
would appreciate any insights others might have to offer. transparency, I have lost over 80% on this stock and the price would have to increase by 800% to get back to even..If only there were a level playing field. Now, where did I put those big boy pants....:)
