Trading Suspension

When someone first told me about the trading suspension, I thought that was a good thing because I thought that a deal was about to be announced.  Sigh, unfortunately it was not a good thing.  The financials were screwed by the two sets of auditors.  Not the end of the world but definitely a blow to management credibility.  My shock is not from a operational sense as the business runs well but from a simple wtf was the CFO doing perspective.  Michael Kid is based in Vancouver and the operations are based in Nevada.  Maybe time to jettison him and get someone who knows what they are doing and is locally based in Nevada.  Just my initial reaction ... open to hear other opinions.

This problem with financials and their screwups and lateness has been ongoing for at least a year now and is unacceptable.  Agreed something needs to change. The only good aspect I read in the release was that the 1.1 million tax dollars was included in the most recent financials but it was unclear as to exactly what that money was. They should have another press release which is far more ...more

The old and new auditors disagreed on the financial treatment for something on the balance sheet.  Only two areas where I think this would occur. It is either the valuation of biological inventory or the depreciation of assets as there have been government approved changes to depreciation rates in response to Covid.
