Midex off the ticket?

Three attempts at financing, none of them closing. From $0.15/share, to then $0.10/share, and now $0.075/share.

Also, timeline on aquisition question; Sayward Capital announced terminating their "agreement" with Midex back on March 26, 2024; while DCLI announced signing their deal to aquire Midex on March 21, 2024? Hmmm.

Also, any truth to the P&S agreement stating that Berens property is optioning ONLY the lithium values of that property to DCLI, while Midex keeps the PMG's? WHO would go for that?

Final thought; Is Midex still in play here?
